Student Discount

A discount of 20% is offered on the production of a valid NUS card (Excludes laboratory treatments).

Payment Methods

We accept cash, cheques (payable to Watermead Dental), debit and most credit cards and contactless payments.

Cancellation Policy / Late Attendance

Should you need to change your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. (an appointment at 11am Monday must be cancelled by 11am on Friday before).

If you fail to attend, or fail to give 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to make a ‘fail to attend’ charge. We may then also ask for a non-refundable deposit against future appointments.
